Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account and completing payment, you accept this Agreement.
Definitions
Membership: the subscription-based access granted to Members for the Services provided by HoM.
Services: learning resources, coaching sessions, online events, and community activities made available through the Platform.
Platform: the digital environment accessible at homeofmanagement.com and associated domains.
Member Account: the online account created during registration.
Content: all materials, tools, and resources made available by HoM.
Parties
This Agreement is entered into between Home of Management GmbH, c/o 8765.ch Sàrl, Bourg de Four 23, 1170 Aubonne, Switzerland (“HoM”, “we”, “the Club”) and the Member (“you”) upon completing online registration and payment on our Platform.
Purpose
HoM provides membership-based access to learning resources, coaching services, peer sessions, and community activities designed to support professional growth and management development. HoM may provide limited access to certain resources for non-members.
Membership & Access
Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Access begins once payment is successfully processed and confirmed.
Benefits depend on the selected plan and may include additional paid services.
HoM may adapt its offer to improve quality or align with its mission.
Fees, Online Payments, and Renewals
Payment Provider
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). HoM does not store card details.
Pricing
All prices are in CHF and include VAT unless indicated otherwise.
Automatic Renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly/annually) unless canceled before renewal. We notify Members in advance of any fee changes. Renewal constitutes acceptance of updated fees.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime in your Member Account or by contacting admin@8765.ch. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Partial refunds are not available.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, HoM may suspend access or withhold services until resolved. Repeated failures may lead to termination.
Code of Conduct
Members must behave respectfully in all HoM spaces, online and offline.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
HoM may moderate or delete inappropriate forum content.
Website Terms of Use
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our websites (homeofmanagement.com, .ch, .online), you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Site content—text, visuals, videos, methods, and design—is HoM’s intellectual property. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license for professional learning only. Reproduction, resale, or sharing without written consent is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
No unlawful use, spam, or rights-infringing content.
External Links
HoM is not responsible for third-party sites’ content or data practices.
Liability and Force Majeure
HoM provides services with due care. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, HoM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or service interruptions beyond its control. HoM’s total liability shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, pandemics, internet outages).
Amendments and Transfer
HoM may update this Agreement. We notify Members of substantial changes at least 30 days in advance. If HoM is managed/owned by another entity, this Agreement may transfer to the successor, who must maintain equivalent obligations.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
The Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. Failing that, competent courts of Lausanne, Switzerland have jurisdiction. Swiss law governs this Agreement.
Severability and Governing Language
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain effective. In case of translation, English prevails.
