The Leadership Lockerroom
Real-Life Leadership Examples - Click for more details
A confidential, facilitated discussion circle for managers who want a trusted space to address their day-to-day leadership challenges, exchange perspectives, help others, and strengthen their practice.
The Leadership Locker Room offers an environment where managers can step back from daily pressure, connect with peers, and explore the realities of leadership: for example team dynamics, difficult conversations, motivating teammates, coping with stress, decision-making processes, role clarity, etc
All discussions are treated as strictly confidential to foster openness, trust, and depth. We are here to help.
What you can expect
Each session combines peer learning, practical reflection, and facilitated discussion. Participants benefit from:
open, structured conversations around real leadership situations presented by other members of the discussion circle.
shared experience and support from other managers who « have been through that.»
a safe space to test ideas and gain clarity, practical tools, methods if relevant. Actionable takeaways to apply immediately at work
How topics are chosen
Members regularly submit leadership topics they would like to explore and/or present.
The group then votes on the most relevant themes, and the top-rated topics are brought into the coming sessions
One or two participants who proposed the selected topic introduce it and co-lead the discussion together with the facilitator.
Format
Thursday lunchtime (CET)
One session per month
Maximum 20 participants per group
Note: Microsoft Teams invitations, exact dates, and the facilitator’s name will be communicated after registration, depending on the number of subscriptions and the first topics.
