It develops gradually, often in high-performing, committed individuals who push themselves too far for too long.
This interactive workshop helps participants recognise the early stages of burnout, understand their personal warning signals, and take practical steps to protect their energy before it’s too late.
Through guided reflection, real-life examples, and group exchange, participants will explore the 7 stages of burnout, from high engagement to exhaustion, and identify where they currently stand.
The session focuses on two key pillars:
- Energy management: understanding how energy is depleted and how to restore it
- Self-awareness: recognising early signals and patterns before they escalate
In a small group setting (max. 12 participants), this workshop creates a safe space for honest reflection and meaningful discussion, allowing each participant to leave with clear insight and one concrete action to sustain performance over time.
