Session Objective

Move leaders away from “endurance mode” and toward sustainable, high-quality performance, without burnout.

1. The Resilience Myth

From “Be strong” to “Be sustainable”

  • Why resilience has been misunderstood as toughness

  • The hidden cost of permanent availability and overperformance

  • Signs leaders mistake for “normal pressure”

👉 Key insight: Resilience is not about pushing harder — it’s about recovering smarter.

2. Leading Under Permanent Pressure

Understanding the real load leaders carry

  • Cognitive, emotional, and relational load

  • Decision fatigue and constant role-switching

  • Why pressure accumulates silently

👉 Reflection exercise: Participants map where their pressure actually comes from.

3. The Body as a Leadership Indicator

Why resilience is physiological, not just mental

  • Stress signals leaders often ignore

  • Energy leaks vs energy renewal

  • Why “listening to your body” is a leadership skill

👉 Micro-practice: A short grounding or regulation exercise leaders can reuse daily.

4. From Hero Leader to Sustainable Leader

Shifting the leadership mindset

  • Letting go of the hero role

  • Redefining strength, availability, and performance

  • Permission to lead differently, without losing credibility

👉 Case reflection: What changes when leaders model sustainable behaviour?

5. Building Personal Resilience Practices

Small shifts with high impact

  • Recovery rituals (daily / weekly)

  • Boundary-setting without guilt

  • One practice to stop doing, one to start

👉 Action planning: Each participant defines one concrete experiment.

6. Closing & Integration

  • Key takeaways

  • One question leaders should ask themselves weekly

  • Invitation to continue the reflection
